  4. Adjournment

Details regarding the process for asking questions and voting will be provided at the start of the meeting. Our By-laws permit voting by proxy even if attending the meeting in person. Your proxy vote will help assure that we have a quorum for our meeting. We offer two easy options for voting by proxy.

Option 1: Online Proxy Submission

Option 2: Hard copy Proxy Submission

All proxies must be submitted either online or delivered to Alison Adler at the temple office no later than 5:00pm on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.

Vote By Proxy Select Online or Print Copy

You may change your mind and revoke your proxy at any time by sending an email to BoardSecretary@nykolami.org stating you want to revoke your proxy. If you revoke your proxy prior to the commencement of the meeting and do not attend in person or via Zoom, you will not be counted toward the quorum, and you will not be permitted to participate in the congregational vote. If you revoke your proxy after the commencement of the meeting and are not present in person or via Zoom, you will be counted towards the quorum, but you will not be permitted to participate in the congregational vote.
