Afghanistan Resettlement Efforts

Join Kol Ami &
Hitchcock Presbyterian Church

In a world of increased division and mistrust, it is a rare opportunity for Christians and Jews to work together to support and save Muslims. In response to the refugee crisis following America’s withdrawal from Afghanistan, Kol Ami is joining together with Hitchcock Presbyterian Church of Scarsdale to jointly resettle a refugee or Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) family. There is an opportunity for everyone – of any age and of every expertise – to help. Please take a moment and click on the slide show to learn more and to sign up if you are interested in joining this important and historic venture.

“For you know the heart of the stranger, having been strangers yourselves in the land of Egypt.”

I pray that our memory will propel us toward kindness and courage. Please feel free to contact any of us for more information.
